The framework used in course videos at a Roskilde University course,
casually referred to as "RAPL",
is EnergySoftware-CERCIRAS.
EnergySoftware-CERCIRAS is derived from Energy-Languages,
which in turn is derived from The Computer Language Benchmarks Game,
with source code tracked in git
(and a separate historical git repository.
